Meet Jamie Kimberlin
Real Estate Agent
Originally from Georgia, Jamie Kimberlin moved to Northern Colorado in 2015 and has since become deeply connected to the local community. As a real estate professional, she enjoys helping others find their perfect home in this beautiful region.
Jamie graduated summa cum laude from Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Marketing. Before beginning her real estate career in 2015, she co-owned a business with her mother for 10 years and worked in property management for two years. These experiences taught Jamie the value of strong client relationships, thorough organization, and adaptability, which she brings to her work as a real estate agent.
Clients often describe her as responsive, well-organized, and willing to go the extra mile. Understanding that buying or selling a home is significant, Jamie is committed to supporting her clients every step of the way—and beyond.
Over the years, Jamie has called several Northern Colorado towns home, including Loveland, Greeley, and Berthoud. She currently resides in Milliken with her husband, a Loveland native, their two children, Drew and Mara, and their two dogs, Sammie and Sawyer. In her free time, Jamie enjoys playing with her kids, spending time with friends, walking the family dogs, playing pickleball, and exploring Northern Colorado’s trails. Community service is also a passion of hers. She serves as Vice President for the PTO at New Vision Charter School, is a board member for Berthoud Pickleball Club, and has participated in multiple giveback and community event endeavors.
Jamie is all things NoCo and is excited to help you in your home adventure!

FUN FACTS ABOUT JAMIE:
I’m married to an incredible man and a proud mom to one boy and one girl – a perfect pair!
I’m a dog mom to two rescued pups – helping animals in need is my passion!
Originally from Georgia, I married a Colorado native.
I grew up in various small towns around the Augusta, GA area, then moved to Milledgeville, GA for college, where I lived for 13 years.
I earned a life degree while pursuing my college degree.
I started college at 18, attended for three years, then took a break to help my mom run a business.
At 21, my mom bought an existing business in Milledgeville, and we ran it together for 10 years!
After a four-year hiatus, I returned to college and graduated, attending night classes and summers while also working full-time at our business, managing a cleaning service, and juggling property management. Multitasking and hard work are definitely in my DNA!
I graduated summa cum laude with a Business Management major and a Marketing minor – areas I had plenty of real-world experience in.
I met my husband while he was working in Georgia, and we moved around the South before settling in Colorado in 2015.
We’ve lived in Loveland, Greeley, Berthoud, and now call Milliken home.
Outside of spending time with my family, I love walking my dogs, playing pickleball, traveling, and hanging out with friends.
What I adore most about Colorado is the weather, with all four seasons, plus the amazing people, stunning scenery, and the proximity to the mountains. I’m one of those people who tells my kids to “look at the mountains” every day – they’re always showing us a new, beautiful view.
